Fresh crêpes. Serious theatre.
Paper-thin French crêpes cooked live in front of your guests, then loaded with Nutella, fresh fruit, lemon and sugar, chocolate sauces and all the excellent decisions that follow. Dessert, entertainment and aroma in one very French package.

The swirl is half the show.
Batter hits the hotplate, becomes a perfect golden circle and immediately gives the queue something worth watching.

Fresh means fresh.
Thin, hot and made one at a time, every crêpe arrives straight from the hotplate rather than waiting around under a lid pretending to be dessert.

Now make it yours.
Fresh fruit, sauces, sugar and indulgent toppings turn a simple crêpe into exactly the dessert each guest wants.
The queue is part of the entertainment.
French crêpes give guests more than something sweet. There is the swirl of batter, the flip, the aroma from the hotplate and the final topping choice. That live process makes the service feel interactive before anyone has taken the first bite.
Simple ingredients. Very effective behaviour.
Made Live
Every crêpe is cooked in front of the guest, adding genuine food theatre to the service.
Made To Order
Guests choose the toppings and get a fresh crêpe built around what they actually want.
Sweet Flexibility
Fruit, Nutella, chocolate, lemon and sugar give you familiar flavours without making the menu complicated.
Queue Appeal
The aroma and visible cooking process naturally draw people toward the cart rather than relying on a sign to do all the work.
Crêpe. Filling. Finish. Fold.
Keep the menu focused enough for fast service, then give guests just enough choice to make each crêpe feel personal.
Choose The ClassicLemon & sugar gives the menu an authentic, familiar starting point.

Bring The FruitFresh strawberries, banana and seasonal fruit add colour and freshness.
Finish It ProperlySugar, cream, sauces and selected toppings give every serving its final flourish.
Swirl. Flip. Fill. Gone.
A skilled crêpier turns a simple hotplate into the focal point of the dessert service. Guests can see exactly what is being made, choose the finish and collect it seconds later while it is still hot.
That makes crêpes especially useful where the catering needs to create dwell time, conversation or a natural crowd around a stand.
Built for a real queue.
Our skilled crêpiers can produce approximately 80–100 crêpes per hour. We can scale the final throughput by matching it to the number of hotplates, staffing, menu and event service window.
A good crêpe does not care whether it is a wedding or a trade show.
Weddings
Interactive evening dessert, reception treat or late-night sweet option that becomes part of the entertainment rather than another plated course.
Corporate Events
Staff rewards, launches and company celebrations with a fresh dessert service that feels much less corporate than the average buffet.
Exhibitions
The smell and live cooking create a perfectly legitimate reason for people to stop at the stand and stay long enough to talk.
Brand Activations
Custom menus, branded presentation and made-to-order food give the campaign something guests can see, smell and take away.

A lot of theatre from a surprisingly small footprint.
Crepes are one of those offerings that can be served from a compact hand cart set up. Ideal for weddings, and more intimate events. For larger brand activations, or full scale events, we can utilise our fleet of foodtrucks to serve guest numbers into the thousands.
Dietary choices should feel like part of the menu.
Gluten-Free Batter
We can meet most dietary requirements such as gluten or dairy free.
Fruit-Led Choices
Fresh fruit and simpler finishes give the menu options beyond chocolate-heavy combinations.
Custom Toppings
The final topping list can be shaped around the event brief, guest preferences and agreed dietary requirements.
Give people a reason to stop scrolling and start queueing.
Branded Menus
Rename topping combinations around the campaign, product or event theme without complicating the cooking process.
Branded Serveware
Napkins, sleeves, trays and menu graphics can carry brand colours and messaging beyond the serving point.
Interactive Choice
Let guests choose a topping, vote for a flavour or build a signature crêpe so the food becomes part of the activation rather than just hospitality.
Same crêpes. Different Crazy & Co. stage.
