All of our staff hold a minimum of Level 2 health certification, with many holding Level 3. Our management team are working towards Level 4. This will ensure that you have the best experience possible when hiring any of our catering options.
Tortilla chips are made from corn tortillas. Cut into wedges and then fried. Though they are considered a Mexican food, the first tortilla chips were actually mass produced in Los Angeles. They were a way to reuse rejected tortillas.
